Objectives

To design a cohesive visual identity across all event collateral and deliver a sustained marketing and communications campaign to drive registrations and generate national media coverage for the 19th Australian Space Forum.

Key Goals

  • Design and produce a full suite of event collateral across the whole forum.
  • Drive delegate registrations and pre-event awareness across email, social and paid channels.
  • Secure media coverage to raise the Australian Space Forum’s profile.

The Solution

The Andy Thomas Space Foundation appointed JP Media as its design, digital marketing and communications partner for the 19th Australian Space Forum, held at the Adelaide Convention Centre on 21 and 22 July 2026.

Comprehensive Event Design

A full suite of event collateral was designed: banners, media walls, signage, program booklets, delegate handbook, digital wayfinding and presentation templates. Gala dinner materials such as placecards and menus were produced, plus marketing assets.

Digital Campaign

A sustained digital campaign ran across organic social media, paid SEM and social advertising leading up to and during the event. EDMs were designed, built and distributed, covering early registration prompts to event-week communications.

PR & Communications

We managed media releases and coordinated interviews in the lead-up to and live during the forum. Coverage featured in print, online, TV, and radio.

Project Feature

The 19th Australian Space Forum is South Australia’s flagship space industry event, bringing together international space agencies, senior government ministers, defence figures and industry leaders for two days of keynotes, panels and exhibitions. Speakers include Australian Astronaut and 2026 Australian of the Year Katherine Bennell-Pegg, Head of the Australian Space Agency Enrico Palermo, and representatives from NASA, the National Space Agency of Singapore and the Taiwan Space Agency.

Our scope covered the full event footprint: designing the environment delegates walked into, running the campaign that brought them there, and generating the coverage that followed.
